Looking for Gerber rebate form
Hi, I got an original Gerber offer form, then got the e-mail, bought the car but the dealer didn't asked for the offer form. Now after few months waitinig for the rebate I contacted Mazda and they told me they need the original offer form, but I can't find it. Do you guys have one I can use?

e-mail Gerber , tell them u bouhgt a maxda 8 and they will sens u one in the mail , they did this for me . Good luck
