if you have a leased rx8.. (which you put a down on)... and after 11 months of ownership they lemon it.. what happens? do you get ur down payment + all monthly payments so far back? or do they just give u another rx8? or another mazda? how does it work

It deffinately goes by state, you should be able to google it to find out what the specifics are for your state. I would imagine there would give you another 8 or end your lease. I cant imagine your going to get anything refunded other than your deposite. Are you sure your vehicle is going to apply for the lemon? I thought it was tuff to do.

my rx8's engine flooded about 4k miles ago.. ever since.. its been at the dealership 3 times for the same damn problem (spark plug misfire / ecu sh*t).. now i have the same problem, and i wanna give back the car, but id like to know if im just gona get another car or what? ive had the car for 11 months out of a 24 month lease

 

they told me the last time i was at the dealer.. if the problem occurs one more time, they will take back the car.. thats all i know from them so far

the dealer should gave you the booklet already with the owner's manual.
it say they will refund or replace your car, call this number 1-800-222-5500, and ask them.
