Yes if I wanted to drag race I would of bought a car with ALOT more torque.
This was merely a question on the 8 capability to launch faster. Period.

I just hate when people assume things.

launching doesnt automatically assume drag racing... autoxing for example or ...street racing... and such things require a good launch. launching is just another technique any good driver has to perfect and know how to do well. its the stepping stone to higher things IMO
