I just went to that 350Z forum and i understand what Husky is saying, he just wants to know what other car enthusiasts think about our car, from my experience here this forum is pretty good and classy when someone here likes another car we all respect others opinions, not so much on that 350Z forum and that kind of ticks me off but what can you do theres jerks everywhere, if you like the 8 it shouldnt matter what others think

 

I have friend that loves the handeling and feels there is nothing that matches that of the 8 and he always tells me "if it only had 100hp more" Funny part about that he has owned and autocrossed a wrx, 2 sti's, a 2004 zo6, and just recently bought a evo 9 mr. At our last autox event with 100+ run v710 on my car and brand new v710 on his evo I was within a half second of him.

 

Please? Pretty please? This is like the second time in a week we've had the same crap thread for this same topic that was discussed ad naseum years ago. You were SO close to doing the right thing...

How do you get 100 runs on your 710s? Mine are almost down to the wear bars after 50 runs, of course on a different car. Still, that's a big difference.

 

I've seen autox tracks with average BS times as low as 30 seconds, and I've seen some with over 1 min. Perhaps that's why... A heavier car will also go through tires faster than a lighter car

 

Jesus.. is this really the second 350v8 thread this week? Mods, this is getting to be a bit much... can we at least limit it to one a week, please?
