Just Showed up

Hey, I'm kyle, just got myself a 2004 rx8, and i'm throughly enjoying it.

I've typically been a duber (vw's) and will be adding this to my fleet of 95 jetta's.
I'm no newbie to the tuning circuit with my Vr6T pushing out 449 whp, and my other Vr6 jetta which is normally my daily has been involved in a front end collision and i'm rebuilding it.

took some camera phone pics:

Are you sure that's an 04? Looks like Copper Red to me, which is 06 only.

Well i got it used, (only 10,000 miles ) and am under the impression it's an 04. The color is a little distorted due to my camera and the day's conditions. it's a bit more red in person.

don't expect to be pushing out that kind of HP anytime soon on your 8, but you'll be surprised on just how well this car reacts to suspension tuning.

Yea, like Xdeed said, hold off on those numbers for a while. The hp upgrades now like the turbo kits get u anywhere near 449 hp, but seriously the car feels like a different animal with the greddy kit. Not too much on paper, but u feel the difference in a big way.

Greddy is definetly something i'd look to in the future, but i'm most likely going to be using this as a daily for a while, and keep it fairly stock...maybe a chip/ecu if their are any out there.
