Smile just saying hi

So I've been visiting these forums since 2006. I think I registered sometime in 2007, and for some reason I never posted anything even though i spend hours every day reading basically anything that's posted.

I wanted to get an rx8 for a while, and was able to finally get one in november of 07, like 5 days before my birthday. It's been more than a year since I got my rx8, and I love it as much as the first day I got it. It really does put a smile on my face.

I haven't had any problems with it, only one time when I went over a huge pothole and messed up the tire and wheel. I had to get my car towed, and had to buy new lugnuts because someone lost my wheel lock key. Oh and I got a CEL once, but just tightened the gas cap and it went away in a few days.

Well, just wanted to say hi. Btw, it's a 2005 Titanium Gray MT. I bought it used with 13k and now it has about 25k miles.
Anyone here goes to the UW? I've seen a couple rx8s.

Howdy. I might welcome you to the club, but you've been here longer than I have.

Hey and welcome to the club but as poster above said, you've been here longer than me too ^_^ Anyway I've got a bit off-topic, maybe stupid question and I don't really wanna make a new thread about it. So, is it possible to have the car running and locking the doors with the set of spare keys? ^^

Yes, with a key, but not the remote lock fob.
