Just got my new winning blue 8!
my only complaint is its lack of torque. a little more would surely make city driving easier; i hate having to take the revs up just to keep up with the regular flow of traffic. besides that, i absolutely love how it drives. i can't wait until it gets broken in...i haven't even touched the higher rpms yet.
oh, and i'll spare everyone from any bitching about gas mileage. i think there are plenty of those threads already. :p

Excellent choice. I thought about getting a silver 8 at first, (I had a silver frost 626), but seeing the winning blue and its rich hue I couldn't choose another color. The color is subtle yet vibrant. You can always add the "GT" look later and personalize...

Congrats On The Great Car and Color!
Welcome to the BLUE family. I fell in love with the car after seeing the car in the movie X-2!
It is a wonderful 40 degrees out today! I might have to give the car a wash and take off the winter tires.
I had some problems with my locking logs, had to use a air rachet on one cause it wouldn't come off by hand? Anybody else have that problem? Just wondering if I anyone can recommend a better locking lug or going to a regular lug?
Thanks,
Mark

i was this close |-------| last week to getting a blue instead of a yellow!!...
the blue one had:
17k miles
automatic
touring package
nav. system
the yellow one had:
9k miles
manual
grand touring package
they were the same price... i went with the yellow. closer to home, and everyone said once i got used to the manual i would love it, and i do... :D
but the blue was definitely a very close second!! i love it too!

Nice choice of colors. Blue really does stand out, maybe even better than Velocity Red .... maybe.
Congratulations on the new car.
