IL Just bought rx8, got a quick question, please help

So I just bought an 2004 RX-8 stock with low miles. I am looking to do a lot to it, and the first thing to do is put some rims on it. I was looking for 18's and found some. My question relates to the bolt size.

Will this set of rims fit on my car?

5 x 114.3 bolt pattern

Please help me out here...

That is the correct bolt pattern but you will also have to pay close attention to getting the correct offset for the width of the rim as well or you could end up with rubbing, sunken look, or worse yet not even fitting.

Google tire size calculator or wheel upsize, you can insert all the different sizes for comparison with stock size especially inner clearance, etc

That will probably fit fine but might look sunken... depends on the rim width, rim type, tire width, anticipated final vehicle height.

Check out this thread (yes it's massive) and you should be able to come to a definitive answer.
