The big thing I want to do with my shinka is a tribute to Need For Speed Most Wanted's RX-8 as seen below

 

You realize of coarse that if you crash your real 8 you can't just reset and start with a new 8...?!? :I kid:

Shouldnt someone tell him about the fact his car is gray.... and there is some fukitsu atached to that car.

 

Why pay a premium for a Shinka and then mess with the paint? I have an '05 Shinka....the 'real' Shinka and I wouldn't dream of changing the BCM paint.

The '06 Shinka custom color is Copper Red, but they do have other colors available in the 2006 model year.

 

i bought a rx8 last week. base model. couldn't afford the shinka. happy none the less.

 

congrats. hope your vin ends in 2000 or greater! enjoy.

Just kidding, though I am a little worried about the news about the engine replacements. I just finished my break-in period and now I might have to go through it again. ohh well guess we'll all see what happens when they finally make it official.

 

i had a friend who debated between the shinka and the normal rx for atleast 3 months. finally just got the normal rx because of the red/black leather. the shinka color was my personal favorite! congrats!

Love your cars color. I used to have an eclipse in the same color, and I've always liked it. It's original, too, as I haven't seen one on the road like that.

Special order? Or an additional color available in the Shinka line?
