Just bought an 05 RX8
I have been lurking around these forums for a few months now but didn't want to register until I actually had the car. Well I finally pulled the trigger yesterday after taking it out for a test drive. I was going to wait til August but the deal was just too good to pass up.
Its a gray 05 base model 6sp with 20k miles on it. My current car is a Mitsubishi Lancer so the handling and power are in a completely different league. This is the first car I have driven with a 6sp so I am just trying to not destroy the clutch right now, any tips on how to drive would be appreciated.
I had some more questions but I figured I would learn how to use the search button instead of being yelled at like most newbies.
I know pics or it didn't happen, I will try to upload them tomorrow.

thanks, I don't think I will have a problem redlining it. It just begs you to do it every time there is an empty patch of road.
I'll just be lazy and link the dealer's ad that has the pics instead of having to take them myself

Hey congrats and enjoy! you are one of the few who actually use the search button
Finally, a n00b who I have gained respect for, and remember, don't make milky substance threads, or else you will get FLAMED!!!
Good luck and nice Grey rx-8.

You're going to fall in love with it man take good care of it.
Drive it in an empty parking garage and give it a little gas. Youll never want another car after that.
