An interesting article about crash costs

Ok.. SEMI interesting.. More of just concerned about the RX-8 being the 6th most expensive car under 30,000$ to repair after an accident according to this article. remember that there are a lot of cars that cost less than 30k.

The top 10 most and least expensive cars to crash | Motoramic - Yahoo! Autos

Anyone know this first hand? haha

Makes sense to me. They are all Japanese cars appealing to younger male drivers who can't drive or have less experience than say those in SUVs or trucks. This is a generalization of course but it does make sense.

Not many kids out racing around in a Chevy Aveo or Ford Taurus etc.

Considering what else is on the list, this is not bad at all.

Im surprised to see that the hyundai model was on there.

Regardless, I was surprised when I bought my 8. Im 22, and have gotten maybe 2-3 speeding tickets in my life. My insurance is not bad at all. My friends pay more for their regular sedans/vans.
