which intake and Catback exhuast?

I am looking for an aftermarket intake system and a catback exhaust.
which intake system gets the most gain? and which exhaust system is the loudest or the quietest exhuast? I've heared that Borla and tanabe are really loud, and greddy is very quiet. is that true?
