One does not choose the exhaust, the exhaust chooses you.
But seriously, look at some youtube videos and read some threads on each on specifically and make your decision.

3 posts, joined this month, and created a thread to ask what to mod....
There are probably 500,000 threads of this same thing. Everyone normally says the same basic 3 things to begin with.
1. You want to add speed and save gas. Get this here. Its amazing new product.

2. Also you will need to know what HP your getting at, with the massive nice upgrades. Get this here its well worth the cost. Everyone has one, even I do.

3. Last but not least where to start, its best to work on your suspension. Here is a wonderful lowering kit that should do wonders for you and provide better handeling/appearance.

I hope I was able to help you with some of the ideas here today.

No it's not bolt on, you only need one tool. And everyone should have this tool, it's very common. If you dont have it visit your neighbor, if he doesnt have one, well then use a rock.
Basicly all you need as a good old fashion hammer.
Installation directions:
You grab the first piece of the kit and then take off the air cap on the tire. Then you line it up with piece 1 of 4 in the kit and hit it with the hammer/rock. Becareful though as you can cause an excessive amount of air to explode out of the tire. For best results do it as quickly as possible. Once one tire is finished do the other 3. Wait about 5-10 minutes after installing, and your new ride should be low.
One thing I've noticed is the Cops are very jealous of my setup. They always try to pull me over for it. Once I ran from the cops they even threw out the tire spikes... I thought I was done for, but thank god I purchased this lowering kit as its immune to tire spikes. I was able to glid over and keep going as the cops behind me didnt have such luck.

I don't understand you guys. This is suppose to be a helpful forum but when a new guy comes in asking questions you turn on douche mode and go all out on him.
No ****. He's new, he wants to know just as much as the veterans here. Instead of being an ***, point him in the right direction so he will stick around instead of giving his first experience on this forum sarcastic and unhelpful.

I am an extremely helpful person, and I don't mind helping anyone that needs help. But to be totally honest, I did a two year research on this forum and I tried to learn as much as I could for this car before singing up. And until this day I still haven't made a post, I just do the search, as everything you need is in here just take a little time to find. Not to be mean or anything.... I think thats what they are trying to say in doing this.....

Well he could have scrolled down a little on his computer, click on the subforum Aftermarket Performance Modifications. Then take a look around there, I see 4 threads immediately dealing with exhaust. After he looks around reading those threads and input from other "veteran" members he could do the approach you suggested. Listen to Youtube clips.
From there if he was stuck on a few exhaust systems he could of posted a more thorough thread about what exhaust would fit best for him and list his choices he has so far. Also include what type of driving he does. Is it mostly highway, short sprinted, or a long daily commute? Does he live in a community with a home owners association where they could possibly harass him for having a "too loud" of an exhaust.
Those are some examples that would give us "veterans" the ability to help him choose a exhaust we think would best suit his daily needs as well wants.

asking for knowledge is a crime on a forum.
if everyone followed the above rules, this forum would have like 200 total posts....
if you don't want people to post, make a nice website that categorizes everything an rx8 owner should know, make it easy to use, and at a level everyone can understand the first time they read it, other wise, let them post....
