Will be trading in my newish corolla (1.8ltr 100kw, hatchback, 17's, bodykit, supercharger, tail lights etc ) for hopefully a silver manual rx8.

I'm in Australia, and the town i live in has one rx8, the "girly dark-lipstick red" (sorry guys, just don't know what everyone loves about this colour, red just does not do it for me, and yes , lol, i have seen it up close [pretty much from every possible angle including sitting in the front seat with my head near the front wheel arch looking at it as i drove along with a huge chestershire cat grin hehehe, seriously, the day this car came out i blew chunks i'd already bought a brand new car, especially when i had the job to pay for it, lmao]..)

Anyways, sorry for the long winded intro, pretty charged up, long day at work...

My hands are almost raw from rubbing them in anticipation, and, i kid you not, have been dreaming about this car, literally, in silver tho ofcourse, hehehehe. And why doesn't mazda get more props for releasing an awesome bodykit (mazda speed), or is it 3rd party, not 1st party?

Woot woot go the rotary, 9000rpm of goodness, and those who complain about the low end torque, must surely be looking for a supercharger type mod for the rotary, don't know what it would be called, turbine charger? Not as powerful all up as the turbo charger option, but if you have long gears, like the new japanese corolla, not that crazy *** rebadged camry you americans have, altisse indeed, lol, then instant lowend power is what you're after for drift, right?

How go the current aftermarket options for the rx8, i do like the mazda speed bodykit, don't really care if "every 2nd car has it" cause i'd be the only one in my home town with it, lol. Reminds me of the shoe car from monopoly, low, wide and long, that's what i'm talkin about.

ps the dude who owns the silver rx8 with the 13reb (sp?) that cuts sick drift wise on that track, why? A man of his skill must surely be the person to show everyone what the chassis of the near 50-50 weight dirto can do, or weren't there any turbo type options when he released that, please feel free to flame/ keep me up2date, cheers everyone. Will hopefuully be a fully fledged member soon.

And no people, crazy frog isn't cool, but feel free to keep it as your ring tone, good way of telling who the ******* are...

It's called Velocity Red. A classic color for a sportscar like the RX8. I think it's the hottest color of all of them.

 

I am partial to the red color too. Of course that is because that is what I bought so I am a little biased. I like the white color too.
