This kid at a party had an Evo forget which mods. I argued that the 2010 r3 has better handling and would take him in the turns. The handling part Ithought i was right but maybe I was wrong with on the turns because after the turn it would completely smoke the r3 lol. Was I even close to winning this argument?

Yeap.
On a single high speed turn I don't think so. The rx8 may be more agile though. Its funny that you forgot one of the most important things in determining the answer. Mods make a big difference.

Adding FI to the rx8 takes it quite away from stock form and though it may then end up faster, you can modify most cars to be faster than others in stock form. A stock for stock comparison would be most valid...
he never said he was driving at any point, maybe he didnt even have his car with him he didnt say how he got to the party. coulda easily road with a friend or didnt drive till the next day or late at night.
and he also never said he was writing while the message while drunk either people need to learn to read and not be so quick to judge

My buddy has an evo X with a few mods. Lol its not even close. I'll 'hang' with him around corners, but that car is just in a different league. Ill just leave straight line comparisons out since it's pretty obvious that were outpowered. It is what it is, I still love my car.
