I pick it up on Thursday morning!
Well, after months of research, a few weeks of shopping, and a few hours of haggling, I finally put a down payment on my "Used" 2005 Ti Gray Rx8 Grand Touring MT. It has black interior, and all factory options except the navigation and apperance package. It was their test drive car, and it only had 2K miles on it... "used" right? Well because of that, and the new model year I got out the door for $27,000. Not bad for a practically new car, right?
Like the title says, I pick it up on thursday, I wanted them to do an oil change, balance tires, ect. and I have to get my car ready to trade in.
I am extatic... I dont know if Im gunna be able to sleep wednesday night. I only took her up to 6K during the test drive, cant wait to explore those last 3,000 RPMs.
So yea, I guess Ill be posting a lot more on here, cuz you know Im gunna start modding soon.

Dang! You should have taken her to 8.5-9kk on your test drive. Just warn the sales person you will be testing the limits of this car. No harm if you are serious in your purchase. This car is meant to hit that and the goal everytime I drive is to reach that at least once- Maybe even consecutively: zoooooom beep... zoooooom beep... zoom.

Picked up mine a week ago and I look for reasons to take it out. Best part of my day is the drive to and from work. My wife catches me looking out the window at it all the time, she just dosen't understand;-)

Thanks yall! Cant wait to pick it up.
I woulda taken it up to 9K during the test drive, but it started raining. I did get to launch it once tho... limited slip is nice. Im sure Ill hit 9K a few times on the way home on Thursday, so no worries.
