I wanted to, for no particular reason at all, say that for the past 3 years I've had my Rx8 it has or a genuine smile on my face every single damn time I drive it. Me and my 8 have gone through our trials and tribulations but it has simply made me love it even more. Sadly it may come time to trade it in and get another car and with the history I've had with this car it will be quiet hard but I can assure everybody here that my next car is going to be another RX8... Why drive anything else!?

My volkswagen can go as far in ~74 tanks of fuel as my rx8 went on the original engine. Don't hate

Oil changed every 1k-1500 miles just because. Try again

 

I love my 8 too, but I kinda agree with JBuncho#'s

I dont know what else i would want to try, other than an S2k maybe, or some STI AWD goodness, although i would extremely miss my happy end rx8 in the rain :/ or something else with a turbo...BOV's sound so amazing, but then why do that when i can just turbo my 8, have the speed, the sound and the drifting :D If i want to drive something else ill just drive my wifes car.

Well once i make it FI, probably wouldnt be my daily anymore, but i would love for it to be D: Even now with my 8 being my daily, i can not for my life decide on another car that i would want to drive.. i love my 8 too much, i just want to drive it everywhere, all the time.

Although surely i could think of some cars that i would want to drive like once or twice just for funsies though, but not as much as my 8 or anything else.

 

Here, here. Fantastic driving car. I love my RX-8. If I were shopping used, I'd probably also broaden my search to the FD RX-7. I really love that car. I'm not sure if I could actually fit in it comfortably, though. My RX-8 is not my daily driver, but my toy.

 

Sounds to me like you had 3 years to save up for a REW or 20B swap.
