It actually went "under" a honda accord. I guess it's somewhat of a good thing their rear bumpers are so high. But yeah that part of the bumper is amazingly flexible, and I've pretty much massaged it back into correct form. Only problem is the paint is cracked here n there...

I feel for ya, GiN.

I had this horrible revelation about a week after I bought the car. I was standing in the garage, admiring it (as is my wont) and then I suddently realized, "holy crap - it doesn't have a front bumper!" (not a standard one, anyway - it's more of a nose than a bumper). It's a beautiful design, but not very practical where that's concerned.

Amazing, truly looks like a talking 8!

I would suggest to look for and 8 owner who have already replaced his front bumper for an aftermarket one. I've seen some adverisers on the board.

But hey, have you been outbraked by an Accord

you might want to get someone to check out the light cluster too, when my car got hit, it didnt hit the light, but it damaged it somehow, inside the fender, so I had to have that replaced, just a suggestion... and yes... I feel your pain on that one.

Ebay had a black front bumper for sale for a decent price a day or two ago. You could always buy it and have it painted to match...

I thought I was going to cry, and it is not my car. We need to stick together.
Thanks for the info, left me know when you have fixed it.

Sorry about that!
