Yup. My Miata has crank windows, and having power in the 8 is a real treat, but there's something about the cranks that just seems simple and classic to me.

As far as I remember the trigger for auto down was built into the motor itself. So you'd have to get a new motor AND new window switch for the passenger side window. In that case I'm sure you'd want TWO new switches, so the passenger could also enjoy the new feature. I'm not sure but you might even have to run a new wire over to the passenger side from the new switch too. But that part I'm not sure about.
