Question How much can I sell my 8 for?

Hello all,
I am *considering* selling the 8, due to a couple of different reasons.
1. Not fast at all for its MPG
2. Unreliable
3. Family (thinks the 8 is a toy therefore they made the assumption that it's unsafe)

First of all, I have a 2006 Sport AT 25,000 miles on my car.
Perfect Condition, running the car with Idemitsu Rotary Oil + Idemitsu Premix Lub
Always ran on Chevron gas.

Vehicle Modifications
• KD-IV Burnout Type I Carbon Fiber Front Lip from evo-r
• Carbon Fiber Eyelids from evo-r
• Authentic Mazdaspeed Sideskirt with Custom Carbon Fiber Overlay by K2 Motoring and JRX Rotary
• Custom Carbon Fiber Mazdaspeed Rear Diffuser by K2 Motoring and JRX Rotary
• Tein S-Tech Lowering Sport Springs
• ALPHA HID Lighting System 6000k H7 Kit
• Mio Digi Walker C220 Portable Car Navigation System with GPS
• RAYS Volk Racing TE-37 19x8.5 +29 19x9.5 +34
• Front Dunlop SP SportMaxx 225/35/19
• Rear Dunlop Direzza 101 275/30/19
NOT INSTALLED
• HKS Twin Power DLII
• HKS Twin Power Harness
• HKS Circle Earth System (Universal)

Am I missing anything?

Why not go FI? Then you will get plenty of power. By the way the car looks great. I think you should keep it.

That is a nice 8. Don't sell! You don't need anymore more speed.. Trust me.. And the mpg can be worked out somehow..

Unfortunately, you probably won't get nearly as much as you're hoping, especially because of the AT part. Nice looking car though! The more I look at that lip, the more I think I like them

1. Maybe you should take it to a track, and see if it live up to its mpg
2. Dude you got an AT ... shame on you.
3. Your family knows nothing about cars. not to mention a Rotary, why would you listen to them ?

how can you recoup the money you lose on the 8, to justified getting better MPG on another car. Keep the 8 and run it into the ground. And have fun .

there are a LOT of RX-8's for sale these day so that will hurt you. Also, the AT part pretty much kills the resale.

You will never recover the money you spent on your mods. Typically, you only get back 1/3 rd of what you spend on mods. (IF that)
go to www.kbb.com and see what they come up with but also check our F/S threads to get a comparison.

i will part out first, then trade in (even though I know trade-in value is low as hell)

well, it's not all that easy, we are trying to get rid of my 8 and also negotiating a deal on getting a 335i coupe and sedan together.
