I first started using this name way back in middle school for online gaming. I've used it for pretty much everything online since then.
As to how I came up with it, a friend and I were taking turns playing Team Fortress Classic online. We were playing as a character that used a big rocket launcher for their main weapon. We couldn't think of a good name though but we had the Chris Farley movie Black Sheep (one of my favorites) playing on the TV. Theres a scene in that movie where Gary Busey jump's down out of a tree with a rocket launcher and says "Mr. Thundermaker here's gonna start barking fire!". It seemed like a perfect fit and then we used that quote as a taunt after we killed people.
I've been using it ever since.

Montreal Canadiens fan since 1969. Born and raised here in Flyers country. My dad was the biggest Flyers fan since the day Philly got an NHL team. Daughter's a huge Flyers fan. Son-all Habs like me. Makes for some crazy times when they play each other. My PA plate was HABS24 7, but I changed it. Afraid some knucklehead might key our 8 or worse. now its RXOTIC 8. Not original- we saw it on an 8 from Ohio and loved it. Tried to get RXRATD 8, but PENNDOT said . Next plate might be HPDE24 7. Kinda sez it all in a nutshell and it's available . GO HABS GO

Because it matches my plates. Asides that, its my car's tag and mine because it corresponds to the sin I fall to most: Greed. Fitting considering how she devours oil as a Debutante goes through wine coolers.
I know it's Avaricia or somesuch in Latin, but its the modern English equivalent, plus it fits the seven-character limit.

first game console growing up was a super nintendo, and i loved (well love, i still do) the megaman x series growing up (specifically 1-3). main characters were X and Zero, incorporated both to Xero (kinda like a hybrid, took the best traits of both characters in my head). Ryuu was street fighter, but i added an extra "u" so it would also be four letters, and for extra emphasis. Xero Ryuu
