I'm gna try to get a hold of the previous owners number and I'm gna Contact him and ask him what the deal is.

 

Don't think so cause the free carfax I got had the same vin listed on autotrader.. And the car info like year and model etccc was correct .. I'm gna call the dealer and ask them for a pic of the vin on the car

 

Sooo i tried contacting DMV of Virginia to try and get the contact info of the previous owner and they said they cant reveal that info. ALso change of plans, im getting it shipped so i wont be able to check it out before buying. Ill buy based on Carfax and Carchex i guess.

 

I have a question... some one suggested i get a carchex as second reference. I plan on doing thiis but when i go to carchex... its carfax. So is carchex and carfax the same thing then??
