hole in the dash?

anyone know what the circular hole in the dash is for? it is right next to the glovebox.

I think there's been a thread on this before so if you search you can probably find more information. Anyway, if I remember correctly it was for a passenger side airbag indicator off light that ended up not getting installed in our cars. I think it was only in the pre-production models. For some reason they didn't remove the hole for it though.

^ Winnar. We have it installed on Uk spec cars.
