Hit and run. Guesstimation
So I come out of the grocery store and here you have it. Looks like a truck did this to me.
I got an estimate and the guy looked at it for literally like 20 seconds then went on his computer and printed out an estimate for $1,300
Sounds a little high to me? I am going to take it elsewhere, but am just curious what others think just looking at it. It's only the back bumper and the middle black piece between the exhausts.
Trying to do this without getting a claim going on my insurance.
Let me know what you guys think
MY BABY
Thank you

Just goes to show you - you can make sure to park away from all the carts and away from cars. You can still get screwed
Thanks all

As far as parking away from stuff... When my 8 was about a year old, I was careful to park in the far corner of a hotel parking lot. When I went out the next morning, there was one other car in the lot. An old heap. Parked right next to me. And a door ding in my 8. Fortunately small enough that I did not take any retaliation.

decent bumper cover in SS off of a part out on the forums, along with the L shroud will run you a few hundred bucks.
cheapest option.
You are bound to find a partout for a SS, its the silver curse, they total out all the time. Just stay patient and keep it on there for now, i know it looks bad, but i think its worth the $$ saved.

I HATE SPEEDBUMPS!
There's this one I saw on tv a while back about dings that you could fix without the hassle of a body shop. I forgot the name of it, and it cost way less than a body shop charges. I forgot the name of it and I'll try to search it for you.
