Hey guys just two quick questions that I can find via search..

I realize our HID's from factory is 4,300k right? (Between 4,000k-5,000k)
I want to upgrade to 6,000K nothing higher as you loose light, and looks too blue, i love the 6,000k range, great light, great white color (less of the yellow you see in our hid's)

So my questions are:

1) Can I just purchase bulbs and not have to upgrade anything else? Just remove old bulbs, place in new bulbs? If so, which do you guys recommend for an easy plug n play??

2) I read in one of my threads i read when i searched that a guy had to remove his bumper to install his HID's, do you really have to remove the bumper or can you access the two bulb sockets to remove and insert the news one from under the hood???

I also know the bulb needed is HID-D2S 35w.

the reason to remove the bumper is because the bulb has to be in place but then again our cars auto adjust itself. if they sell d2s type bulb i guess a bulb replacement would be the second thing and yes hid bulb are plug and play for aftemarket kits..

1)if you've already have HIDs stock, thn all you need is the bulbs.
2)Yes, bumper removal is necessary. Unless you have a lift, which most people don't.
It's not hard.
