Hesitation form 3k to 5k

I've got an 05 GT MT and after I had the recall for the engine done I start having problems with a hesitation or flat spot form 3 to 5 k in 2 through 6 gear but not all the time. Mazda said this was a problem with valves in the intake and that they were working on a fix has anyone heard of this or is anyone having this problem. Any info would be really helpful.

I have not noticed anything similar with my 05 MT.

Loose spark plug, loose air hose?

Just guessing. Loose sparkplug wires check those.

Some people have reported this.

PCM reset most likely. You have to drive the car a few mile so the chip gets reprogramed.

It's probably from the secondary ports opening which can cause some hesitation.

if it's the secondary ports I wonder if it's a design problem or something that Mazda can fix. They said that there were electric valves in the intake and that they were opening and closing out of sequence.
