A slightly related note:
Has anyone with the red two tone interior noticed that wearing a black leather belt (on your pants) will result in a nice black line across the seatback? Apparently, the black dye in the belt is absorbed by the red leather. Haven't tried to clean it yet....

My wife has a brand new 6 with less than 3000 miles and the seatbelt is totally wrecking the side of the drivers seat. When we took it in to get serviced they told us that it will just have to tear throught the seat before they will do anything about it because it will just happen again if they replace the seat. Nice way to stand behind your product Mazda!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should throw it right back at them and say well if the seat belt gets ripped or damaged due to the wearing of the seat, will they be liable for refusing to fix and someone's life is at risk in an accident?
