Help Please!!!!

Hi everyone. I don't post here much, but I love the RX-8. I bought my 1st one in Jan 05 and I just traded it in and picked up a new Black on Black RX8 GT with nav. I LOVE IT!!! I plan on being a little more active on this board now that I have "reaffirmed" my love for the car.

Anyway, I am having tons of trouble using the blutooth feature. Specifically getting the system to go into pairing mode. The manual says "hit the talk button and then say set-up" Whenever I say "set-up" it says "Sirius" or "this command is not avalible from this screen"

I have traied almost everything. The dealer was no help when I called tonight, although they are trying to figure it out. I even had a couple of other people try it in case my voice just sucks.....LOL. No one was able to make it work.

Any suggestions?

Thnaks

Call your salesman. He's be happy to help you I'm sure.

Compare and contrast your 05 versus your new 09 if you could please .

...oh and pics of course.....

hmmmm. I have only driven it for about 30 miles, but I must say, it is a little better than my 05. The steering seems more responsive, the gear shift is a little smoother, I like the electronics (if they would work), the exhaust note is a little better, the dipstick is in a better location.

I think the subtle differences that they made make it a better car for sure.

Did u pair it correctly ?

Sometimes u need to re-pair it in order for bluetooth device to work. not sure what version of bluetooth they have on the 09 but I think 3.1 or 3.2 solved most of the communication problem

Does low-end acceleration feel any better or about the same? Just wondering since I'm curious if the new gear ratios make much of a difference.
