Help Please!

OK guys, Im sorry but i sold my RX8 but now i have another problem. when i bought my car 5 months ago Mazda told me that the car was a manufature buyback but there was nothing wrong with it, it was just that they were very kind and deicded to buy the car back so it was tittle as a buyback. I was so stupid enough to not look the correct definition for "MANUFACTURE BUYBACK" and i got the car . later on im trying to trade in with mazda and they offer me only $11500 for the car because it was a LEMON. SO i decided to go check another dealer and they offer me $12000 and i pay 2000 more for a 2005 Mazda 6s HB. when we did the paper work i did not have my tittle with me so i mailed them my tittle. six days later they call me to tell me there is a problem that my car is lemon and i did not told them. Well i did not know what exactly was a lemon and how bad was it and since they were offfer me almost the same as mazda i tought it was the normal trade in value. they said they look into it and then they'll call me.

ANy ideas of can happen? Can they take my new car back?

you gave them money and you have a new car? most likely they cant get out of the deal. but on the back of the sales contract you will find some legalese that may allow them to back out of a contract within a certain amount of time. if thats the case take your car back get the money back etc and walk away. then find an attorney and sue the dealer who sold you the lemon
