If you are just looking for someone to do the replacement, buy the parts yourself and bring them to any shop that you trust or have friends/family recommend. You are correct to avoid the dealer here (especially with their really high markup on ignition parts), but you will still want to avoid having the shop buy the parts for you.

If you are looking for a test for the ignition, the dealer won't be able to do it correctly, though most shops can.

Alternatively, you should be able to get local help from other owners that will cost you even less (maybe beer and pizza). Adamwzl lives near you I believe (Kent Island I think?), and would be able to help.
