Help?

Today, I was leaving a friends house when my car suddenly stopped. I was in the driveway and when I was getting ready to leave the car just shut off. My friend tried to give me a jump but it would not turn on. I then got my friends brother to come and bring his car(Mazda 3) to get a jump and then the car worked. I recently replaced the battery about a month ago so I am sure it has to be something other than the battery. Also, for the past couple days while I have been driving, the radio will turn off and then turn back on, while this happens the DSC light comes on. Has anyone had any similar problems like this or does anyone have any input with what is going on. Thanks.

Check to make sure your battery connections are good. I've seen what you are talking about due to the battery cables not being tightened down all the way.

Check the battery terminals/connections. Make sure they are clean and tight.

^^ If they are dirty and have white **** all over them use baking soda to clean them off and tighten them back down.

yep definitely sounds like battery connection...esp with your DSC light coming on. Keep an eye out for your presets resetting too.

also wouldn't hurt to get the alternator check while you're at it
