Has the RX8 become a chix car?

Hmm Ive owned my RX8 since 2004... Ive done extensive modifications.. I have taken it out around skidpan and track the car along with a lot of the rx8 boys down here.. I never thought of it as a chicks car considering I am generally the only chick driver at cruises and stuff..........
If any guys think this is a chicks car I will just assume they are insecure about their manhood.

I've been up n down with rotary a ton man so no need to assume anything here... heck it'd be like me assuming your some thumb sucking mama's boy that was given an RX8 cause you went a week without pissing your bed... so don't go assuming you know whom your talking about. I was merely starting a peaceful thread to bring peeps together from all over the world to state there input on how many guys vs girls they bump into driving an RX8... because I was impressed by what I noticed in my town.
FYI, You will get more respect on this forum if you man up to what you say, even whether or not it is a bit offensive to certain members.

anyways on topic, I own the only rx-8 in my city (20,000), so I can't say anything here, but every time I go to a real city, I hardly even see them, and when I do it's driven by an older guy.... wish I could see some chicks so I'd have an easy in

I'm not going to try and define "chick car". There's no point in it since definitions vary so much from person to person.
To your average person, no I wouldn't say the rx8 is a chick car.
To your average car enthusiast, the rx8 is definitely a chick car.
When I sold my 8, practically everyone in my local car clubs told me they were glad I didn't have a girl car anymore. Keep in mind that there is no bias between import, domestic, autocross, drag racing, drifting, etc in these clubs. I would always ask why they would say that. Their responses would always go something like this: "The rx8 is cute and slow. It should come with a lipstick compartment."

Your right, that was uncalled for. Taking a personal shot at you is not the correct course of action. Sometimes when i dont agree w/ something someone says or how they say it, i feel i have to demean them personally in some way and that is wrong. I am working on that.

i have a VR and my boss always tells me its a chick car, and i ask why, he says it looks like a Barbie car,cause it looks pink and cute, i wish my name was ken.... still i love my 8 and would never trade it in for anything else.
