no i haven't my dealership doesn't even have a clue what's going on they quoted it me that mine was gonna come in some time between september and january, some time next week i'm prolly gonna call the dealership and see if they have gotten anywhere on it yet

also can somebody tell me the e-mail and or phone number for mazda so i could ask them maybe (about the book and my pre-order)

 

uh...i'm not sure why or how but, yesterday i received another copy of the book from mazda!

i think it could be because they just now got around to updating my mailing address (my first book was forwarded to me from the old addy). i got the same "thank you" letter as well...it was just dated differently (juen twenty-something instead of may twenty-something).

don't mean to rub it in fellas but i thought i'd let u know.

I finally got my book! (6/27) I have a feeling you don't get a book until you get a VIN. I got my VIN message 10 days ago.

 

My book arrived today too! This should keep me pacified for a few days... :-)

 

I'm not so sure about that requirement of getting the VIN first. I ordered the RX-8 just over 2 weeks ago and I received my book today (6/27) without receiving anything else. I certainly hadn't been expecting it nor anything else, so it was a nice surprise.

 

i got my vin 10 days ago also so hopefully ill see my book soon.need something to take the edge off.:D

 

Same with me. I ordered my car a month ago, and I have received no e-mails or anything, but I did get the book in the mail today. It has put my mind to ease a bit because I wasn't sure that Mazda even knew that I existed. I am very happy about the whole thing!!!!!

I got my second one yesterday. I'm not sure why they shipped two because they were shipped to the same address. My second one is now for sale or trade!

I'm same with Haze. Ordered in May. then nothing, nada, no email, no nothing. Called rx8order to check status. Still nothing. Then all the sudden, the book came.

 

Ditto. Copy 2 came in the mail on Friday... :p
