After converting my 85 Porsche 944 to led headlights, I am sold on the idea to do the same to my base 04 RX-8 that has the standard halogen bulbs. I've done some research and replacement led bulbs are available for the low beam and high beam headlights but I haven't seen any reviews or writeups on the conversion. I was wondering if anyone recommends a certain kit to replace the bulbs or had performed the conversion, if they ran into any issues during the conversion,, and what they thought of the results.

 

I've put these in two different vehicles now, including the high beams on my RX8. They're better than the stock halogen high beams, but I'm leaving my low beam HIDs for now.With LED high beams I had to do the fog light re-wire otherwise the high beam indicator was on all the time.
