I have an 04 base model 6 spd RX-8. It has the standard halogen headlights and I would like to upgrade to the oem HID headlights that the touring package and up has. What parts will I need to do the swap? Is it just the bulbs and ballasts? Any of the wiring need to be upgraded?

I answered in your other thread. It is not feasible, too many parts missing and quite a bit of wiring missing. Just get a good HID kit for your halogen units.
