I cant talk about it yet.

All i can say is that everyone is fine not even a scratch on anyone, car is at the shop and they are currently ripping it apart for a price quote (ie im waiting for my check)

They cutting me a check. 100% not at fault.

Don't know what im going to do....i want another rx8 but finding a good deal takes a ton of time, work and energy....

Guess ill keep the money and save.
