Exclamation Grinding/Rubbing Sound on Slow Hard Turns

OK…
I am running Stern ST-1 19"x8.5" Wheels on Falken FK-451 245/35/19 Tires. So I am obviously not stock.
I have been running this config for about 6 months now. Around December… Maybe Cold Related… I began to notice that when I make hard Left hand turns at fairly low speed I get this rubbing/grinding noise that appears to be coming from the front right wheel. To boot… I can feel it slightly in the steering wheel and the car actually hunches just a bit as if the brake is just barely grabbing. In other words the car slows down or decelerates while this racket is going on during these turns. It does not happen all the time but I can make it happen nearly at will if needed to. Another oddity is it does not seem to do it on right hand turns… just Left.
I have had it to my dealer, “Great people”, 2 times now, and they have tried a few things. Checked for rotor slippage, went from 80LB lug torque to 120 as per a MANO notice. Checked rotor heat shield and inspected rotor as well as I had them check Alignment. no more than 1/10 out at any given point, including camber. They want me to go back to the stock 18’s for comparison and to confirm issue… Fine with me. I do not think my wheel config is the issue. It just makes no sense.
I friend who owns a 4x4 lift garage and tire guy, confirms that the wheels just should not cause these symptoms. More over… he just had is 05 GT Stang in the shop for a bad transaxle and driveshaft, that he notes was doing the same thing as far as grinding noise and car shutter, but it did it turning either left or right.

Anyone had an issue like this or have any ideas or suggestions as to what I am experiencing?
Thanks in advance and sorry for the essay!

I'm thinking you've got tire interference - even a few millimeters difference in clearance from one side to the other would make the "it only does it going one direction" thing happen.
