Blue is blue, red is red, black is black, grey is grey. Yellow is yellow. White is white. And green is green.

"Kryptonite Green", "Emerald City Green", and "Eel Green" are getting out of hand. People enjoy referring to their own color of vehicle using special names.

"Cotton White" and "Snow White" and "Correction White" are also examples of vehicle color scheme names getting out of control. They're all the same thing.

Does anyone care that I drive or he drives or she drives a "Velocity Orange" or "Safety Orange"?

I beg to differ there hun. Copper Red, is definitely not a true red! CONGRATS and welcome to the club, whatever color your new baby may be!

I wouldn't say that I care, but there a lot of times where using the correct color comes in handy. I usually call my car "cop bait red" instead of "velocity red"

OP: Welcome to the cult of the rotary.
