damn...those are sooooo old. Can't remember, but I think it was a concept for the rotary miata.

No, it's an old photoshop hack based on the old Mazdaspeed Mazda6 AWD concept. It has absolutely zero basis in fact, and NO relation to any future Miata or RX-7.
