I could have sworn there was a light in my glove box???
So now either it does not work or it was never there in the
first place. It's a 09GT and I go to work in the dark, come home in the
dark and have not got a flash light yet for the car so I have not
bothered to look real good in side, LOL..
So I thought I'd just ask....

Is there a light in the glovebox?

Yes there is a light in the glove box...but mine is off as well...

 

There indeed is light in the glovebox. Although, I forget when it comes on. I believe its when the car is running?

 

As long as the lights are on the light is always on. Turn your lights on.

My lights are on and car is running but still no glove box light. My ashtray/cig lighter lights are off as well. Could it be a blown fuse?

 

The ashtray and the lighter bulbs have both burned out on me. It's the smallest bulb you can get... 74 maybe. I replaced my glovebox light with a red LED. You can see it here:
