getting out bumper scratch
well my 1st damage happened tonite i got some black rubber scrubed on my rear bumper, however after trying to apply water and remove the black rubber, it shows that there is light scratches on the bumper itself and shows there is slight difference in color.
Is there anyway to remove those fine scratches and to make the paint on the rear bumper match again... with some light on the bumper it obviously looks like something happened there?
Thanks...

Try some Meguiar's Cleaner-Wax first. It's very mildly abrasive and will likely get the black rubber off if there's any left. I don't know about the scratches, especially on a bumper, but 3M makes several products that I've had good success with in making surface scratches less visable.
