Hello,

I leave in Toronto and I'm looking at buying an used RX-8. I have test drive one and I really like the driving experience of it. The car seems in good shape but I'm not a car expert so I'd like to make an inspection. For this reason, and also for future maintenance, I'd like to know if there is any good garage for RX-8/RX-7 in Toronto.

I have called the dealer but the only inspection they make is look at brake, fluid and stuff like that so I don't think they would be the best option. I ask if they were checking the engine or doing compression test and she told me that you can't do compression test on rotary engine because the motor would explode?

your best bet scarboro mazda if your looking for a dealership, its probably the best in the city and services the most rx8s in the gta even with all the changes that has happened in house. plus the rx8 club is always welcome there. we have privileges bonus

 

I don't necesserely want a dealer. It can also be a private mechanic (wich could be better because they often know the car more than the dealer and are less pricey).
