So I was cruising down Lambert (a street here in So. Cal, I live in Brea) trying to get home at a decent pace of 46 mph in a 45 mph zone. Its 7 pm and I guess people were in a hurry for something
Anyways I'm listening to NPR on the radio and suddenly I hear this loud growl from behind me, lo and behold its a silver G35 tailing my ***. Not only did it have a large exhaust (Dont know what company) but it had somekind of problem where it high beamed me constantly every 2 seconds. I got agitated but remained calmed, somewhat, and moved to the right lane letting him pass me. He follows behind me once again getting dangerously close.

I decided to just cruise at 45 and ignore him. He continues to high beam me screwing up my vision, wtf do I do? I quickly get back on the left lane and pull down my window, and yell at him "DUDE WTF" and yes I said WTF not what the F**k. =P
Anyways he honks at me 3 times wanting a race or something and I just blow him off. I am almost home, about 4 minutes away, I get on the gas and hit about 54 mph, I let the car roll down as it was a downhill. Then something magical happened. The G35 decided to punch it downhill and lost traction when it went over a small curb, he swerved behind me but was apparently going at a faster speed than me, thus he caught up and nailed the rear of my car against the wall.

Luckily it was the passengers side (NO PASSENGERS ) that got F'ed up. I came out alive and the G35 was okay too. All my stuff that was in the passenger seat got F'ed up too (my books and cell phone). Called the cops, they came, explained etc. No pictures as of now but maybe the cops have some..



LONG STORY SHORT: G35 LOST CONTROL OF CAR AND HIT ME, I HIT WALL, I SURVIVED.

This was all Yesterday and today I drive a rental G35.

 

All together one of the most messed up stories i've heard on the internet. That absolutely sucks ***. STUPID RICERS!!!

Anyway, was he at least apologetic after he crashed? how did you not beat the crap out of him the minute he stepped out of his car?

I'm telling you, and I'm not just painting with a broad brush here, I used to get that from just about every G35 owner that wasnt female or decrepit when I was driving the 8. They absolutely love to start **** with RX8's, just because they know they can pull on them. It's crazy.

I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to offend you. I totaled my 8 over 7 weeks ago and have been waiting for the one I want. It's definitely not a good feeling to have it taken away like that, and I hope you can replace it soon.

 

Its a shame you didnt flawnt "ALITTLE" of the RX8's power. It could've been a nice match or learning curve, being that in a safe location or road. But those "too" agressive drivers always pay one way or another.

the g35 vs a modded 8 would be a bit of a battle, but thats really not the point here

the point is that the bitch took out his car and totaled it because of his own stupidity, the other point is that the rx8 is probably 200 or more pounds lighter than the g35, the other point is our car is like is like paper compared to the g35, which gives you the out come of a damaged g35 with a dead rx8...................................toothfairy, as for g35 drivers being ******** or not, I have to say, if they aint girls or very mature guys (not many I'm sorry to say) they do become ******** when they drive the car, I know my friend is a great example, sold his 04 rx8 and bought an 03 g35, lo and behold, now he's talking **** to everyone, not only that, he's trying to race everyone, and he has an AT........gahhhhhhh.......I would say.........the integra kind of *******, maybe some m3 owners kind of *******

The G35 is good looking IMO, their owners (not all) just hate the fact that it is in the shadow of the 350Z and dont get as much respect in the performance world they would like. They think because it has the VQ just as the Z, that they can drive it like a Z....and they just cant.
