2. Buy RX-7.
3. Learn to wrench a rotary.

If you can find an FD, they usually go for about 10k or so (avoid those owned by Fast & Furious ricers. Those have been abused to death), and they're still sexy as hell even after 16 years of existence.
If you want REALLY fast, find yourself a nice Firebird Trans Am WS6 with an LS1 in it, also about $10,000. Crazy fast, and respond very well to mods. Just don't try to turn in it though. Buying this will leave you about 4~6k for mods, so you can do intakes, exhaust, etc. and spank RX-8s all day at the drag strip.
