Forced Induction RX8
I just read on AutoWeek that there are rumors about a factory-supercharged RX8. Anyone know if this can be fitted on an existing 8? Sorry if this has been addressed in a previous thread, no time to read through 26 pages of threads...

Hey, take it easy on the guy.. Obviously his time is ALOT more valuable than our time. We should bend over backwards to do all his research and give him what he needs since he is so much better than us!

To answer your question, yes, there will be a new supercharged RX8 coming out. It will be a FWD quad-rotor twin supercharged 8 and it's a direct swap. In fact, it'll produce 434lbs of tq and 450whp. The best part is that it will not void your warranty since it's a swap from another 8. The only downside to this is that you're going to have to wait till next year in order for the car to hit the market, and maybe even some more time to find a wrecked one with the supercharger in it.
