I'm surprised the landlord or whatever can't supply a list of makes/models/colors. He doesn't have to give you names and license plates. That list would at least let you be able to deduce whether there's a missing grey or silver car (the one that might have hit you).

This really really pisses me off that this happened to you. I hope you can find out who did this.

I have a friend who got his yellow 8 hit in the parking lot at his job. When it got repaired he went ahead and put the repair bill under the windshield wiper of the car he suspected ran into his. He was hoping that the person would feel guilty and give him some money.... didn't happen.

 

Thats what I thought - I am not asking for personal information - just information that I can see myself anyway. I have to pursue this more. For now I am recording all the cars that are on the lot and if something turns up later with a fixed bumper (unlikely) I will catch it.
