Well that day will be tomorrow since I just returned my car (which was on lease) to the dealer. That's the bad news. I've put 60.000 km on the car and I loved every one of it. I can tell you, it's a strange feeling to know that there is no RX-8 waiting in the garage.

So why that smiley at the top of the thread you may ask?

Well, because the day after tommorow I'm gonna pick up the new RX-8. I'll have to change sig and VB garage pics, because the new one will be velocity red instead of brillant black. I loved the black or its elegance and beauty, but nevertheless decided to change to something flashier this time. Red should also look slightly cleaner than black when it's not.

Gas prices in Germany are hell, which translates to more than $6 per gallon, but I simply couldn't change to a different car - so I'll stay in the club a little longer.

Black was fast, true. But I've seen the red one yesterday and it didn't look slow. Unfortunately my winter tires will limit me to 240 km/h for the next five or so months, but then we'll see. Can't wait to pick it up, this feels even better than the first time.
