The Ferrari of crush washers

What's up with the crush washer prices??? Luckily Rosenthal has them for 99 cents. I called the 3 dealers in my area. Two of the dealers want $2.50 for them, and 1 dealer wants $1.39.

I change my oil every 1000 miles (I know I'm an idiot...but its like therapy for me ) so this little sucker can add up.

wish someone who knew washers would go to Home Dupa and figure out which washer would fit the 8 or go to Pepboys and find a comparable one.

It's just a plain ole metric crush washer. Find the size, get on mcmaster.com and find some copper crush washers. You could likely get a sack of 'em for a few bucks.

Capacity.

Just measure the diameter of the inside and outside.

I'll post the std and metric dimensions later.

I always buy them in groups of ten, and then only when I have other "stuff" to buy anyway, so shipping is not an issue. If I have an order for 10 oil filters, 10 washers, an air cleaner, synthetic lube, decals, wheels, etc., it works out.

Even just 10 Filters and 10 washers are usually around $30 shipped. Try and buy them locally for that (and, as they say, Genuine Mazda Parts).

Agreed, though, if you were ONLY buying washers, it would NOT be worth it.
