^ I don't know exactly what to make of this.

But I'm trying not to drive too fast. I've noticed two behaviours lately ... people pulling up behind me either stay way back OR they ride right up my **** and think I intend to screetch off. Let's not let others push us to behave badly and risk tickets and lives.

Yes. But now that you've publicly confessed, she can no longer protect your identity.

I hope that wasn't in Sheboygan County. The Gestapo are relentless.

Ms. Karen,
I have a suspicion you are trying to look for street racers. You will not find them here. Most of us love our cars enough to not do something as stupid as racing them on the street. Doing such things gets your license suspended, or gets you into an accident. Doing such things on camera, well that makes you at least 3 times more likely to have bad things happen.

We do however, have people here who do auto cross, where people take their highly modified cars and drive them on a track, as fast as humanly possible. I suspect that if you talk to some people who do auto cross, they would be more then happy to let you come down on track day and take some video of them.

Why have an expose on dangerous street racers when you could do a public interest piece? Show all the local places that dumb *** kids can go to race their cars in a safe environment, rather then tearing down streets and hitting pedestrians.

ps: You will get much better footage of cars going fast at a track then on a street. You are looking for video of cars in those crazy controlled drifts where they go almost sideways right?

Don't listen to Ike, he's a poser who thinks he's gone 80 mph. That's impossible. I've got at least 70 mph on the interstate though - write a story about that.

I've gone 178mph 4 years ago and I considered myself dumb. Note that it was in a JDM Celica GT-Four that I sold to get the 8. Still miss the feeling of 470whp AWD.

I hope you mean people who race or drive at the track in official, sanctioned events? Certainly you're not interested in morons who endanger the public by driving like fools on public streets? (Yes? No? Maybe so?)
