Engine builder database?

So I was wondering something the other day. Supposedly, our engines are built by hand by a single individual. Does Mazda keep a database of which technician built which engine? I would love to see if "Joe" has a history of failed engines or if "Bob" has never had an engine fail. Then I would of course want to know who built my engine and what his success:failure ratio was.

I would be surprised if Mazda didn't keep track of which technicians performed build work on which motors. Elements like that would be necessary for some level of quality control if the engines are assembled by hand.

If that information did exist it would never be made available to the public. Companies don't make a habit of releasing quality control information regardless of the nature.
